We recently published part 1 and part 2 of the blog, which guides you to start with Unica Journey, creating your first journey and loading data in your Journey. In part 3 of the blog, we will learn about setting up milestones and goals around your journey and also evaluating the results by creating reports.

Setting Milestones and Goals

It’s time to set up your milestones and goals in your journey. You can set your milestone and goals as you speak to your clients and customers. You have a campaign that has an end goal attached to it, be it increased sales or even increased outreach, and that’s where you would need to set them. In the replay below, you will figure out how to set them.

Reporting in Unica Journey

We will learn about viewing and analyzing the results in this last part of the series. You can check the changing data under Summary for the journey you have created and further optimize it based on what is working and what isn’t. In the replay below, Kelly Powers explains the reporting in detail.
