Doug has 30 years experience in software development, including 25 years at IBM. In that time, he has worked many roles including test, development, performance, architecture, presales, competitive intelligence and product management. Doug joined the BigFix team in 2018 prior to the divestiture but worked on competitive intelligence issues for BigFix shortly have it was acquired by IBM. Doug has 45 issued patents with IBM.
