HCL DRYiCE iControl our Business Process Observability software has won Silver and Bronze Stevie® Awards in the categories of Business or Competitive Intelligence Solution and Compliance Solution. The honors were awarded as part of the 20th Annual International Business Awards® celebrated at a gala banquet in Rome on October 13, 2023.

The International Business Awards, the world’s premier business awards program, is open to all individuals and organizations worldwide — public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small — and this year’s nominees included organizations in 61 nations and territories. More than 3,700 nominations were submitted in categories that ranged from Company of the Year to Best New Product or Service of the Year and included for the first time categories related to sustainability.

DRYiCE iControl allows organizations the ability to map their business eco system, define critical controls, and observe them in real-time. It’s a thin lightweight layer to providing an e-2-e view for business performance. Having Improved business process observability, enhances resilience by providing organizations with real-time insights into their operations. You can observe critical performance metrics, detect anomalies or deviations from expected behavior, and take proactive measures to mitigate potential customer disruptions.

In the words of one judge, “The mentioned benefits and improvements across different organizations, such as improved visibility, reduction in unresolved transactions, identification of file errors, risk calculation, and revenue loss avoidance, highlight the effectiveness and value of iControl in various business units and processes.”

Besides being honored in the context of competitive intelligence, iControl was recognized for its capabilities in the area of compliance. More specifically, iControl enables clients to improve compliance with operational resiliency regulations enacted by the Bank of England. As one judge noted, “The product allows companies to define their essential business services, understand the tolerances to measure the performance of those services, and then link to the underlying data to track those targets in real-time.”

Stevie Award winners were determined by averaging scores provided by more than 230 executives worldwide who participated in the judging in June and July of this year.
